In this week’s Scientist Highlights, we feature Miriam Evans EdD, MEd, MCHES, who became a Carolina Center on Alzheimer’s Disease and Minority Research (CCADMR) RCMAR Scientist in 2018. Dr. Evans is an assistant professor of Health Education in the Department of Health Sciences at South Carolina State University. Her research interests include children’s environmental health; community health promotion planning, implementation and evaluation; and health disparities.
